Dr. Deme Hill, D.P.A., M.A., is a principal consultant at Advocates for Human Potential (AHP). She has served U.S. communities for nearly 30 years in social services and government, specializing in criminal justice, behavioral health, housing, and homelessness. Hill is currently a state-appointed juvenile justice commissioner and has served as the longest-standing member of the San Diego Reentry Roundtable, hosted by the District Attorney’s Office, in various leadership roles. She holds a doctorate in public administration and a master’s degree in public relations from California Baptist University.

Elijah Cedeno is a regional engagement manager for the Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center (MS-ISAC), a division of the Center for Internet Security, Inc. He is a member of MS-ISAC’s Stakeholder Engagement team, which collaborates with state, local, territorial, and tribal (SLTT) governments and public education institutions to provide free cybersecurity resources and services. Cedeno manages MS-ISAC members in the Northeast region, supporting their overall cybersecurity posture.

Sarah Latyn is the technical training manager at Target Specialty Products. She has extensive experience in the pest control industry, having worked in manufacturing, consulting, and operations. In her current role, Latyn supports the sales team and clients by speaking at events, providing insect identification services, and creating content for the company’s online learning platform. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences and a Master of Business and Science degree from Rutgers University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Entomology at the University of Kentucky. In her free time, Latyn enjoys spending time at the beach and with her cats and husband.

Nathan M. Gillette, AIA, LEED-AP O+M, CEM, has more than two decades of experience in architectural consulting and construction, focusing on the multifamily housing industry. As president of Natura Architectural Consulting, he oversees daily operations and serves as the company’s primary technical expert. A licensed architect in seven states, Gillette specializes in architectural reviews, capital needs assessments, and sustainable design. He has completed thousands of property condition assessments across the country and is a member of ASTM, helping to guide industry standards. A LEED Accredited Professional and Certified Energy Manager, Gillette is dedicated to advancing energy-efficient, sustainable practices in multifamily housing projects. He holds a master’s degree in architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Lawrence Technological University.

Elizabeth Krol is a leading contributor to the commercial and industrial real estate industry. She serves on the ASTM E1527-21 Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Task Group, leading historical research efforts and co-chairing the Phase II subsurface investigation Task Group. Krol,  a professional geologist with an MBA, provides due diligence services to protect equity investors' interests and collaborates with clients to efficiently identify and mitigate property risks. A counselor of real estate and principal at Ramboll, she has received multiple accolades, including the PRISM Industry Influencer award, and recognition from GlobeSt.com and the Environmental Bankers Association for her dedicated service.
